Google shows 3 businesses on the map first

Someone searches for a plumber near them. Google shows a map with 3 businesses above everything else. That map is where local customers tend to click. Getting into it is a different job from ranking a website. It runs on your Google Business Profile, your reviews, and how your business details line up across the web.

That's what I work on each month. Your profile and reviews first. Then pages that answer what your customers type into Google. You also get a plain report each month, so you know what changed and where you stand.

Not every business can get there

Some search terms are held by businesses that have been collecting reviews and links for years. Promising the top 3 against that would be a lie.

So before your first payment, I check who holds the top 3 for your terms and your area. Then I tell you straight whether it's reachable. Sometimes the big term is out of reach but a narrower set is winnable. If so, you get that answer instead. If none of it is reachable, I tell you so rather than sell you the plan.

If you are not higher on the Google map after the first 90 days, I keep working and the monthly fee stops until you are.

What higher means

Higher in the Google map results than the day we started, for the search terms and service area we agree in writing before your first payment. That way neither of us can move the goalposts later.

When the clock starts

The day of your first payment, once I have the access listed below. I note your starting positions that day and send them to you, so day one is on record. Every three months I review the target with you and say plainly where it stands.

What free means

The monthly fee stops. The work does not. Billing starts again the month after you sit higher than day one.

Why it is measured this way

Map positions are public and checkable by both of us. A promise about something vaguer would let either side argue about it. This one we can both look up on any phone.

Cancelling

Cancel any time and billing stops at the end of that month. Work already delivered was paid for as agreed.

What I need from you

Access to your Google Business Profile and website, and approval on content within a reasonable time. While I am waiting on any of that, the promise pauses.

This promise sits on top of your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Nothing here takes those away.

Your website has to hold the ranking

The map results send people to your website. If that site is slow or confusing, the ranking is wasted. Same if it hides your phone number. If yours needs work first, the standard build is $997 fixed. Or half price on the Done For You plan, at $97 a month. It's yours outright once the website's value is paid. I'll tell you which, if either, matters for your case.
