Lash studio websites: prices shown, 1 booking button, $997 fixed

A lash studio website is there to get the booking. The good looks come second. I build from what the best-reviewed studios do.

5 things the best lash studio websites do

I pulled apart the sites of the highest-rated lash studios. Some were independent studios in Sydney and Melbourne. I also went through the big franchises with public complaint trails.

  • A page per service. Full sets, infills, lifts, tints, brows, each with its own page.
  • Prices on the page. One Australian studio I looked at shows exact numbers on its homepage. The franchises hide them behind a "find a studio" step. Showing prices wins trust.
  • A single booking button, repeated. One top studio uses the same "BOOK NOW" button 4 or more times down the page. No mix of 5 different asks. The button can point at the booking system you already use.
  • Reviews with names. First name and initial, and specific about the result. One of the worst-reviewed franchises I looked at shows no reviews at all.
  • Address, map, socials. A franchise can point to "130+ salons". A single studio can't. For you, being easy to find is what earns trust.

The trap the big franchises fell into

In the complaint records I read, monthly membership billing came up more than anything else. The big lash franchises' complaints are mostly about trying to cancel. If you offer a membership, I put the cancel terms right next to the price, just as easy to see. Otherwise the reviews you get are about cancelling, and those are the costly ones.

The other losing move is a discount code as the whole headline. It reads like a clearance sale. The winners sell how the lashes feel. Even the franchises with bad complaint records write the hero line well. As one big lash franchise's site puts it, "you'll forget you have them, but everyone else is sure to notice". The offer sits underneath that.

About the standard build

Done For You plan

$97 / month

The same site for $499 upfront. It's yours outright once the website's value is paid. Then I handle hosting and upkeep, domain setup, speed work, regular updates and a monthly stats report. New service or new price? Tell me and I'll change it.

How the plan works

Studios live on "lashes near me". Local SEO works on the map results for your suburb. It's $397 a month. It aims for the top 3 in Google's map results, for terms we agree in writing first. If you are not higher on the map than the day we started after the first 90 days, I keep working and the monthly fee stops until you are. This promise sits on top of your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Nothing here takes those away.

4 questions lash artists ask me

Should a lash studio put prices on the website?

Yes. One Australian studio I looked at shows exact prices on the homepage. The big franchises hide them behind a find-a-studio step. Showing prices builds trust. The fear here is finding out the terms after you've signed up.

What pages does a lash studio website need?

A page per service: full sets, infills, lifts, tints, brows, each with its own page. The top studios do this. Each page can then rank for its own search.

Should I offer a membership on my website?

Carefully. In the complaint records I read, monthly membership billing came up more than anything else. The big franchises' complaints centre on trying to cancel. If you offer one, make the cancel terms as easy to see as the price.

How much does a lash studio website cost?

I build one for a fixed $997. Or $499 upfront on the Done For You plan at $97 a month. That covers hosting and upkeep, domain setup, speed work, regular updates and a monthly stats report. A 30-minute call, then live by Friday once you approve the design.
