And someone has to watch whether it's actually bringing in work. Bought one by one, those things get expensive. More often they just get left until something breaks.

The half-price build is part of joining the Done For You plan. Full ownership and all source files transfer to you once the website's value has been paid.

Every month on the plan counts toward it. Once the value is paid, the website and all its source files are yours outright. The plan then just carries on with the upkeep, for as long as you want it. Stop before then and the payments made do not buy a part of the site. It comes down.
